Anniversary Weekend in San Antonio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We found a great place<\/u><\/a> (no longer a BNB) to stay with Airbnb, just a short walk to the riverwalk.<\/p>\n\n\n

The AirBnB hosts left this for us at check-in. Nice touch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday – Walk along San Antonio river from Roosevelt park to Blue Star area, and then on Alamo St and we had drinks and dinner at Frank. Old church now bar and hot dog place. $1.08 Chicago dog specials! Walked home from there in the light rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday – Walked to Guenther house for a great breakfast. Drove around a bit. Then downtown Riverwalk for dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday – Drove out to Utopia back roads. Fall festival. Pie at Lost Maples. Pearl district, dinner at la Gloria. Walk district, Riverwalk.<\/p>\n\n\n
