Clarksdale, Mississippi – Birthplace of the Blues
On our recent short vacation to meet friends in Bourbon Country Kentucky, we stopped and spent a couple days in Clarksdale, MS – Birthplace of the Blues.
Everyone we met was super friendly and open, and it was very enjoyable visiting the Delta Blues Museum.
Also located in Clarksdale – ‘The Crossroads’ – where Robert Johnson sold his soul to the devil.
We had a super-funky AirBnB for this stay, highly recommend the “Squeezbox”
