Chicago/Styx @ Woodlands Pavilion

Last day of vacation, and while technically “home” we spent the night at a hotel in The Woodlands and attended the concert. We were afraid if we stopped at home first, we might not leave and bail on the show! LOL Probably not, but it was a good way to end the trip. We had purchased lawn seats much earlier in the year, and then prior to the concert we paid for lawn chairs online. When we arrived to get the chairs, they offered us some nice seats instead- hell yes!

Both bands were really good. Chicago may or may not have any original members playing, but they were tight and rocked the place. Styx opened, played the hits, and put on a great show, and sounded really really good. (Our prior show at The Pavilion, some of the band’s sound was not all that great)
